This smoothie provides about 30 grams of carbohydrates and can be consumed before or after exercise. On a qualitative level, it is interesting by the presence of beetroot (an important source of nitrate) and acaï berries with antioxidant properties.
Ingredients

100 g beetroot, cooked, in pieces

50 g banana, in pieces

2 cm ginger, coarsely chopped

1 orange, peeled, quartered

2 teaspoons of powdered acaï berries

1 tbsp almond mass

2 dl Orezza sparkling mineral water

2 dl almond milk
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a tall container or blender, blend finely and serve immediately.
